Shipping policy

**Where we ship**

We ship throughout Australia and to most international destinations.

**Rates**

- Standard shipping within Australia: $11 AUD, free on orders of $100 or more
- Express shipping within Australia: $15 AUD
- Standard international shipping: $20 AUD

Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

**Processing time**

Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after
midday, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

**Delivery estimates**

Most items are held in Australia and typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Some items are shipped
from our overseas supplier and can take up to 15 business days to arrive.

If your order contains items from both sources, it may arrive in multiple deliveries. You won't be charged extra for this.

Delivery times are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are more common
around Christmas and public holidays.

**Tracking**

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 48
hours of placing your order, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

**Incorrect addresses**

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has
been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will
contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

**International orders**

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility
of the recipient. These are not included in the price you pay us.

**Lost or delayed parcels**

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will
follow it up with the carrier.
