Shipping
We ship Australia wide and internationally.
- Standard, Australia. $11. Free on orders over $100.
- Express, Australia. $15.
- Standard, international. $20.
Dispatch
Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Most items are held in Australia and arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Some items ship from our overseas supplier and can take up to 15 business days. If your order contains both, it may arrive in more than one delivery at no extra cost to you.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers get delayed, particularly around Christmas and public holidays.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your junk folder before contacting us.
Returns
Changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you have changed your mind about. To be accepted it needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition we could sell again. Return postage is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund something that does not reach us.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on chew toys or feeding mats that have been used.
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered
Tell us within a reasonable time and we will make it right. We will cover return postage and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to start a return
Email us through the contact page with your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged. We will reply with a return address and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
